About Colombe

Colombe is a trained natural foods Chef, Herbalist, Cooking teacher, Sourdough Baker, Food Consultant, Recipe developer and Voice Over Artist. For more more than 15 years, she has been volunteering with Harvest Time in Harlem and The Bronx, a unique food education program, teaching and developing curriculum. 


After graduating from the Natural Gourmet Cooking School and working as a private chef, Colombe was chosen as a finalist on the Next Food Network Star from which she is best remembered for her creative approach to everyday healthy meals. Shortly thereafter, she launched a “Conscious Cooking” series for Food Network. 


She has worked both on camera and behind the scenes on numerous food and media projects, for Sabra Dipping Company, IDEO, Meredith Corporation and Healthination. Colombe has always enjoyed simultaneously cooking delicious recipes while enhancing one’s wellbeing. 


You can often find Colombe sourcing her ingredients at the Union Square Green Market in New York City, but she also loves traveling and exploring markets all over the world.
